The Department of Business Administration of Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, organized a Yoga Awareness Program on 19 June 2026 from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. at the KWC Campus. The programme was conducted to create awareness about the importance of yoga, physical fitness, mental health, stress management, and healthy living among students and faculty members.
