Student feedback is obtained at the end of every semester from all students.
The feedback covers two general areas. The first area is academic and faculty service.
The second is on student services, including Office, Canteen and Toilets.
The feedback is collected anonymously, though software.
The results are analysed and shared with respective Department Heads for improvement.
It has been very useful to understand student perception and identify areas for improvement.
