The IQAC Cell of Kamaraj Women’s College has organised a two-day Faculty Development Programme on 11.06.2025 and 12.06.2025. In second day, the programme started with a college song followed by a welcome speech given by Mrs. Murugalakshmi. Dr. M. Vanmathi, Principal felicitated the programme. The resource person Dr. K. Kaleeswari, Assistant professor of Commerce, Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar College, provided a very wonderful session on “Faculty as mentors: Fostering the students success beyond the classroom”. In this session she has thoroughly shared all her personal and work experiences to expose ourselves as good mentors for the success of students both in academic and personal life. She also motivated the staff to follow creative methods to teach them. All the staff felt free because of this wonderful session. Finally feedback was given by staff followed by a vote of thanks given by Mrs. Kiruthika.
