The IQAC Cell of Kamaraj Women’s College has organised a two-day Faculty Development Programme on 11.06.2025 and 12.06.2025. In first day, the programme started with a college song followed by a welcome speech given by Mrs. Gowsi Bawani. Dr. M. Vanmathi, Principal felicitated the programme. The resource person Dr. G. Ramesh Pandi, Associate professor of Commerce, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, Virudhunagar, provided a very wonderful session on “Faculty Wellbeing and work-life balance”. In this session he has thoroughly shared all his personal and work experiences and how he managed the struggles faced. He also conducted many fun activities to explain about coordination, team work, time management and creative methods to solve the problems. All the staff felt free because of this wonderful session. Finally feedback was given by staff followed by vote of thanks was given by Dr. Esakkiammal.
