The Department of BBA at Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, organized an Industrial Visit to AVM Maris Associates at Sipcot on 18th September 2025. A total of 15 first year BBA students and 2 faculty members participated in this educational tour. The visit provided an excellent opportunity for students to explore the marvelous polybag production industry and understand the scheduled management process followed in this highly reputed company.

AVM Maris Associates holds the distinction of being South India’s first vertically integrated production facility. It manufactures all the accessories required for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) in-house. With a workforce of nearly 1500 employees, the company combines advanced technology with effective management to maintain its leadership in the packaging industry.
