Entrepreneurship & Innovation Cell Inauguration Day

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation (E & I) Cell of Kamaraj Women’s College was officially inaugurated on July 11, 2025, at the college Seminar Hall. This initiative aims to foster a spirit of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking among students, empowering them to explore and develop their ideas into viable ventures.

The event commenced with a prayer song, setting a thoughtful and solemn tone for the occasion. This was followed by an inspiring address by Principal Dr. M. Vanmathi, who emphasized the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in today’s dynamic economic landscape. She encouraged students to step forward with confidence and transform their ideas into impactful enterprises.

As part of the inauguration, Dr. M. Vanmathi honored the newly appointed student coordinators by adorning them with badges and officially unveiling the E & I Cell’s startup logo, symbolizing the beginning of a new chapter in student-led innovation and enterprise.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 150 students, all of whom showed keen interest in the objectives and future activities of the E & I Cell.

The program concluded on a dignified note with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem, marking the end of a successful and motivating inauguration.

This event laid a strong foundation for the college’s efforts to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship among students, and promises a future filled with creativity, leadership, and growth.
