Workshop on “Modernize Hiring – HR Aspects”

On February 13, 2024, Kamaraj Women’s College, Department of Commerce and Banking & Finance, organized a workshop on “Modernize Hiring – HR Aspects”. The resource person, Dr. Gopala Krishnan, came from the Department of Commerce, Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi. The workshop aimed to convene professionals to explore innovative recruitment strategies, focusing on leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and enhancing candidate experiences. Keynote speeches underscored the importance of adapting to dynamic market demands. Attendees engaged in interactive sessions and case study analyses, gaining actionable insights for modernizing hiring practices. Overall, the workshop fostered collaborative learning and equipped participants with practical approaches to drive organizational success in talent acquisition. One hundred and forty-three students participated in the workshop.
