Mentor Mentee Meeting – Department of Commerce and Banking & Finance

Department of Commerce and Banking & Finance, Kamaraj Women’s College organized Mentor-Mentee Meeting on February 24, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. The mentors Dr. R. Jeyalakshmi, Mrs. S. Shunmuga Nirmala, Mrs. E. Essakiammal, Mrs. G. Akila, Mrs. V. Suganthi, Mrs. S. Menaka, and Dr. T. Sudha engaged in discussions with their mentees regarding semester results, personality development, stress management, and personal challenges. All students actively participated in the session, fostering meaningful interactions between mentors and mentees. The Commerce Department currently has seven mentor-mentee groups dedicated to guiding and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.
