Anti-Ragging Committee Meeting

The Anti-Ragging Committee meeting at Kamaraj Women’s College was held on August 28, 2024. Students from the Department of Commerce and Banking & Finance, Department of Microbiology, and Department of Fashion Technology participated in the meeting. Dr. M. Vanmathi, Principal of Kamaraj Women’s College, inaugurated the event and delivered a speech outlining what constitutes ragging and the associated punishments.Dr. P. Aruna Devi, Head and Assistant Professor of Commerce, who also chairs the Anti-Ragging Committee, addressed the students and inquired if anyone had experienced or witnessed ragging incidents on campus. The students unanimously reported that no ragging issues had occurred at the college.The meeting concluded with all participants taking an anti-ragging pledge. A total of 150 students attended the meeting.
