Creative Logo and Slogan Activity 2026

Logo and Slogan Activity

The Logo and Slogan Activity was conducted on 23 February 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the KWC Campus in celebration of National Management Day. The Department organized this creative session exclusively for 12 students of I BBA to enhance their branding knowledge, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.

In today’s competitive business environment, branding plays a crucial role in shaping organizational identity. Therefore, the department designed this Logo and Slogan Activity to help students understand how a simple visual symbol and a powerful phrase can communicate complex ideas effectively. The central objective was to create a minimalist logo and a meaningful slogan reflecting the themes of technology and sustainability.

Objectives of the Logo and Slogan Activity

The activity focused on strengthening both analytical and creative abilities. Specifically, it aimed to:

  • Develop critical thinking and concept simplification skills
  • Encourage innovative design thinking
  • Promote concise and impactful communication
  • Introduce students to branding fundamentals
  • Expand vocabulary and persuasive writing skills

Logo design requires students to convert a complex mission or value system into a single visual representation. Consequently, this process enhances synthesis and clarity of thought.

Similarly, slogan writing teaches students the power of brevity. They learn to express powerful ideas in very few words. Thus, combining logo creation and slogan writing significantly strengthens professional communication.

Logo Design and Conceptualization

During the session, students used traditional sketching techniques to draft their logo concepts. Before drawing, they brainstormed ideas and identified symbols representing sustainability and technology.

Faculty guided students to think about visual psychology. For example:

  • Green signified sustainability and environmental responsibility
  • Blue represented innovation and technological advancement
  • Circular elements conveyed unity and continuity
  • Minimalist designs reflected modern branding aesthetics

As a result, students realized that a logo is not merely decorative. Instead, it serves as the face of a brand and influences perception. This understanding encouraged them to approach design strategically.

Slogan Writing Process

After completing their logo drafts, students individually created slogans aligned with their design concepts. They focused on clarity, originality, and emotional impact.

The faculty emphasized three core principles:

  • Brevity – Deliver maximum meaning in minimal words.
  • Clarity – Ensure the message remains direct and understandable.
  • Memorability – Create phrases that stay in the audience’s mind.

Students refined their slogans multiple times to achieve precision. Consequently, they expanded their vocabulary and strengthened persuasive writing skills.

They clearly understood that while the logo provides visual identity, the slogan provides verbal strength. Together, they create complete brand communication.
