The
Department of Commerce and Banking & Finance, in collaboration with
SWAYAM-NPTEL and
IIT Madras, organized an online
Soft Skills Training Program on
“Interview Readiness” from
23rd June to 28th June 2025. A total of
49 students actively participated in the program. The sessions focused on developing key soft skills such as
oral and written communication,
resume building,
personal presentation,
interview techniques, and the
role of social networking in job search. The training, delivered by
IIT Madras, spanned a total duration of
8.5 hours. The program was effectively coordinated by
Dr. P. Aruna Devi.
