The Placement Cell and Training, Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, organized an HDFC Life Job Fair in collaboration with HDFC Life on 21 August 2026 at the college campus. The programme aimed to connect students and job seekers directly with employment opportunities and provide practical exposure to the recruitment process.

A total of 45 participants, including third-year students and job seekers, attended the programme. In addition to learning about career opportunities, the participants had an opportunity to attend interviews conducted by the HDFC Life representatives.

Objectives of the Job Fair

Inaugural Session

The programme commenced with a prayer song, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the proceedings.

Ms. S.S. Hema Packiyam served as the Master of Ceremonies and coordinated the programme.

Following this, Ms. M. Aishwarya Devi, III B.Com., delivered the Welcome Address. She warmly welcomed the resource persons, participants and the gathering.
