GUEST LECTURE ON TEXTILE & FASHION PORTFOLIO

Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi Department of Fashion Technology Organized a guest lecture on TEXTILE & FASHION PORTFOLIO Mr.K.SIVASANKARAN, HOD, Department of Costume Design and Fashion, G.Venkataswamy Naidu College, Kovilpatti was invited as the Chief Guest to deliver the Guest lecture. He explained the terminologies of Fashion & Role of Costume designer and fashion designer. He elaborated on the Role of a fashion designer and the contents of fashion portfolio such as story board, Mood board and Theme board. Finally, he discussed about the presentation of fashion portfolio through visuals. The Guest Lecture proved to be useful for our students as it was highly interactive.
