Guest Lecture on “Employability Skill Training in HR”

Kamaraj Women’s College, Department of Commerce organised a Guest Lecture programme on the topic of “Employability Skill Training in HR” on 10.04.2023. Resource person Mr.P.S.K. Satyanarayanan, Deputy General Manager, Spectrum Talent Management, Bangalore, delivered a glorious speech on what functional skills are, how to develop functional skills, and how to get an occupation at a multinational company with the desired salary. Students asked questions related to becoming a human resource manager and employment sources. R.K. Surya (I BCom), E. Matheswari (I B Com Banking and Finance), and D.Mugasri (II B Com ) are the student coordinators to support the programme successfully. Finally, Ponpriya from IBCOM delivered her vote of thanks. 85 students participated in the programme.
