The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, successfully organized the From Student to Leader Orientation Program at Kamaraj Women’s College on 29 December 2025 at 10.00 a.m. in the KWC Seminar Hall. The programme was designed to prepare students for leadership roles by strengthening their personal, professional, and emotional competencies.

This orientation programme aligns with NAAC quality benchmarks by focusing on student empowerment, leadership development, and holistic growth. Moreover, the initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world leadership expectations.

Objectives of the Orientation Program
