Kamaraj Women’s College, Department of Microbiology of organised a guest lecture entitled “Microbiologist’s role in seafood processing industry “on 09.12.2024. The resource person was Mr.M.Michel Arun, Quality Control Technologist and Antibiotic Analyst, Diamond sea foods, Thoothukudi. He educated the students about the various techniques involved in the sea food industry and the scope of a microbiologist in it. The event concluded with the National anthem.
