Report on Investiture Ceremony of The Almeida Microbiology Association

The Department of Microbiology, Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, successfully organized the Investiture Ceremony of The Almeida Microbiology Association on 13 July 2026 at 1.15 p.m. in the KWC Seminar Hall. The ceremony was conducted to formally install the newly elected office bearers of the association for the academic year 2026–2027 and to encourage them to undertake their responsibilities with commitment, integrity, and enthusiasm.

The Almeida Microbiology Association serves as a platform for nurturing leadership, academic excellence, teamwork, and professional development among students. Moreover, the investiture ceremony marked the beginning of another productive year of academic, extension, and student development activities.

Objectives of the Investiture Ceremony

Head of the Department’s Address

Mrs. B. Rajalinga Malathi, Head of the Department of Microbiology, addressed the gathering and explained the objectives of The Almeida Microbiology Association.
