78th Independence Day Celebration

Kamaraj Women’s College celebrated 78th Independence Day on 15.08.2024. The programme started with prayer song followed by Tamil thai Vaazhthu. Welcome speech was given by S. Suminsha, our College chairman. Our national flag was hoisted by our beloved Principal Mam. Flag song sung by our students and national pledge also taken. Presidential Address was given by our Correspondent Mr. Muthu Selvam sir and special Address was given by our Principal Dr.M.Vanmathi regarding women’s power in our country at present and future. Prizes for various competitions were distributed and several cultural Programmes like Group Dance, Group song, mime and vallikummi were held. Vote of thanks given by S. Sujitha, our students council secretary. The programme came to an end with national anthem.
