Kamaraj Women’s College, Department of Commerce and Banking & Finance, conducted a comprehensive 30-day Value Education Course tailored for final-year students. As part of this enriching programme, a special session was held on 16.07.2025 at 2:00 p.m., led by the second resource person, Mrs. Chandramathi, Yoga Coordinator.

Mrs. Chandramathi delivered an engaging and insightful session that focused on the lives and spiritual legacies of the four Saiva Samaya Kuravargal—great saints who played a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the foundation of Saivism and Hindu philosophy. Her explanations were clear, relatable, and deeply rooted in cultural relevance, helping students connect with the values and teachings of these revered saints.

To foster greater student engagement, she integrated interactive, game-based activities that made learning enjoyable and dynamic. She also demonstrated a variety of yoga postures, emphasizing the importance of physical well-being as an integral part of value education. Her holistic approach—blending spiritual knowledge, physical wellness, and experiential learning—kept the students actively involved throughout the session.

The session received an enthusiastic response from the students, who appreciated the opportunity to learn through hands-on activities and meaningful discussions. Mrs. Chandramathi’s dynamic presentation style and her ability to connect traditional wisdom with modern-day relevance left a lasting impression, making the session both enjoyable and inspiring for all participants.
