Seminar on the topic, Patent: “An introduction and their importance to innovation”

On 5th February 2024,The department of Microbiology ,Kamaraj Women’s college organised a seminar on the topic, Patent: “An introduction and their importance to innovation”. The resource person was Mr. Joshua I R Jeyakumar M.tech, Biotechnology, Patent Associate Nanovation Therapeutics, Canada. He explained to the students about the various benefits of copyrighting, patenting their innovation. The seminar aimed to equip them with the awareness and knowledge needed to protect and respect intellectual property rights in their future endeavours.
