NSS Organized State-Level Program on Menstrual Hygiene

On June 22, 2024, Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, NSS Unit No. 248 organized a state-level program on Menstrual Hygiene. Mr. S. Saikumar and Mrs. Indhumathi Karthik, Menstrual Pride & Hygiene Educators from the Happy Periods & Healthy Uterus Trust, Dharmapuri, served as the resource persons for this program. The discussions included menstruation problems, solutions, timings for napkin usage, disposal methods, food habits, and proper diet methods. Dr. P. Aruna Devi, NSS Program Officer for Unit No. 248, organized the event. A total of 181 students attended the program.
