Awareness Programme on “Securing Women’s Future in the Digital World”

The Grievance and Redressal Committee of Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi had Organized an Awareness Programme on “Securing Women’s Future in the Digital World” on 06.04.2023. The programme started with a prayer song. D. Mugasri of II B.Com welcomed the gathering. Our Principal Dr. M. Vanmathi introduced the chief guest and honoured her. Mrs. S. Sornalatha M.A., M.L., was the chief guest and delivered a very wonderful speech about how the the young generation girls today were affected by the cyber crime in this digital world. She gave the guidance regarding women safety in Indian Laws and asked the students to be aware of the laws specifically for their safety. Really it was a most needed programme today’s life style. Students were inspired by the speech of the chief guest. S. Saranya of II B.Com delivered a vote of thanks. The programme came to an end with national anthem.
