Students of the Department of Microbiology, Kamaraj Women’s College, Thoothukudi, recorded an impressive Face Painting Achievement by securing the First Prize at MICROFEST–2026, an Intercollegiate Meet organized by K.R. College of Arts & Science, Kovilpatti, on 18 September 2026.

J. Subha and S. Selva Lakshmi Kaniga of III B.Sc. Microbiology represented Kamaraj Women’s College in the Face Painting Competition. They showcased their creativity and artistic skills through an innovative microbiology-themed face painting.
