Career Counselling Program on “Guiding Futures”

On March 5, 2024, Kamaraj Women’s College, Department of Commerce, hosted an enriching Career Counselling Program aimed at empowering its students with insights into the dynamic world of career opportunities. The event, titled “Guiding Futures,” commenced at 10:30 a.m. and saw active participation from 70 enthusiastic students. Distinguished as the guest resource person for the program was Prof. S. Amos Rolston, a revered figure from Aachi Business School, Chennai. Prof. Rolston, renowned for his expertise in career development strategies, shared invaluable knowledge and experiences with the eager attendees. Throughout the session, Prof. Rolston delved into the significance of industry-integrated training programs, highlighting their pivotal role in bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application. He emphasized the importance of hands-on experience in nurturing practical skills essential for professional success.
